April 10th 2017 Town of Wrightstown planning commission meeting


Members present were:  Gary Pahl, Joe DeCleene,  Ken Boylan, Jake Geurts, Bill Verbeten, Cyril Leick
Members not present: Al Six

First on the agenda: reports
Gary Pahl made the motion to approve the minutes.  Jake Geurts second

Second on the agenda:
A request from Peter Albers to rezone Parcel W-178-1 CTY. U from B-1Community  Business to L-1 Limited Industrial for storage units.
Gary Pahl made the motion to approve.  Jake Geurts second.  Approved by all.

Third on the agenda
A request from Mike and Liz Van De Walle to rezone 2 acres from Ex-Ag to Ag-Res Parcel W-546-547 on Shirley Rd. to build a house.
Gary Pahl made the motion to approve.  Ken Boylan second.  Approved by all

CSM
Steve Zeitler presented a CSM for Mike and Liz Van De Walle for 2 acres Parcel W-546-547 Shirley Rd.
Gary Pahl made a motion to approve the CSM.  Ken Boylan second.  Approved by all

Steve Zeitler presented a CSM for Loree Baumgertener, lois Baumgartener and Jessica Vanstraten on Fair Rd.
Ken Boylan made a motion to approve the CSM.  Joe DeCleene second.  Approved by all

Fifth on the agenda
A request from SAC wireless on behalf of AT&T for a conditional use request to construct a 125’ monopole tower on Parcel W-573 Partridge rd.
Tony Philips provided paper work that the P.C. and Town Board requested which included AT&T Caisson Statement, TOWER Placement and Revised Construction Drawings with Slatted Security Fence.  Gary Pahl made a motion to approve the request.  Joe DeCleene second.  Approved by all except Jake Geurts who abstained

Sixth on the agenda
Work on the comprehensive plan with Aaron Schutte.  Aaron handed out information from the Towns visioning session issues and then compared them on how the issues scored on graphs.
 
Seventh on the agenda:
Business from the floor
Les Van Horn presented a drawing to reconfigure Parcels W-139 and W-149-1 on Rosin Rd. The new proposal would make the parcels conforming to the Towns ordinance.
Bill Verbeten talked about a proposed tower on 32/57 right of way just past the County shop.
There was no other business from the floor
Bill Verbeten made the motion to adjourn
