January 3rd 2012 planning commission meeting
Members present were: Jim Boylan, Cyril Leick, Gary Pahl, Bill Verbeten, Joe DeCleene, Jake Geurts

First on the agenda were reports
Gary Pahl approved the reports Seconded by Jim Boylan
Second on the agenda:
Review creating a permit requirement for razing any buildings in the Town of Wrightstown.
The Planning Commission talked about a permit process for any building being razed in the town. The permit would be required from the town after a DNR permit has been issued to the site being razed. Some Towns already have a requirement for a permit in place. The planning Commission has asked the Zoning Administrator to check with other Towns to see what there procedure is.

Gary Pahl had nothing to report on the B.C.P.C.
